You will be off paved roads, outside of cellphone reception, and many miles away from any service station, so be prepared for the unexpected.
Loggings roads are periodically closed or altered. We recommend that you review the B.C. Forest Safety Backroads Guidelines if you are new to logging road travel.
As logging roads can be hard on tires. A helpful tip for fixing tire punctures is to carry a puncture repair kit, see video on its use, and a small 12v air compressor to re inflate the repaired tire.
